Members may not allow any non-member to enter the facility using their membership. Violation of this policy may result in: Immediate termination and additional charges equal to the current membership rate.

Non-Staffed Hours: Member acknowledges that Hermitage Fitness may operate during non-staffed hours. Use of the facility during these times is at the member's own risk, and Hermitage Fitness is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during these hours.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that participation in gym activities and use of fitness equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation at Hermitage Fitness, including the use of equipment, participation in classes, and use of any amenities.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Hermitage Fitness, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the facility, regardless of cause. This waiver applies to all activities conducted on the premises, including during both staffed and non-staffed hours.

By accepting this agreement, you grant Hermitage Fitness permission to photograph and/or record video of you while on the premises or participating in any activities, classes, or events. You acknowledge and agree that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertising, and marketing materials. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such content and agree not to hold Hermitage Fitness, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for any claims related to the use of these images or recordings.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hermitage Fitness, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: Your use of the facility, your participation in any activities or programs, your violation of any rules, policies, or terms of this agreement, and any actions that result in injury or damage to yourself or others.
