No! Our Senior Kettlebell class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or have some experience, our trainers will guide you through the movements at your own pace.
Absolutely! The exercises are low-impact and modified to meet the fitness levels of seniors, helping to increase mobility, strength, and joint health without the risk of injury.
Each class includes a warm-up, kettlebell exercises targeting various muscle groups, and a cool-down. The movements will focus on strength, balance, and mobility, all in a safe and controlled environment.
Yes! We provide a limited number of kettlebells for use in the gym on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own.
Yes! Our instructors ensure that every participant receives personalized coaching to ensure that each movement is performed safely and effectively.
