Hermitage, TN · About Us

Our story

A gym that meets you wherever you're starting.

We're veteran and locally owned, and it shows in how the gym is run: straightforward pricing, no pressure, and a team that treats you like a neighbor instead of a sales lead. Whether you're on your first workout ever or your five-hundredth, whether you're here for a quiet lap swim or a hard strength session, the goal is the same: meet you where you are, and help you keep showing up.

That's where "For Everyone" comes from. It's not a slogan we picked because it sounded nice, it's how the gym actually runs. Every membership gets full access, no tiers, no upsells. Soccer moms, retirees, first responders, and competitive lifters all train under the same roof.
