Not sure where to begin?
There is no single best class for every person. Consider whether you prefer the pool, music-driven cardio, traditional full-body exercise, kettlebell strength work, or seated support.
You enjoy exercising in warm water and want a guided mix of cardio, resistance, balance, and mobility.
You enjoy music, energetic movement, step routines, and changing the intensity by modifying speed, impact, or step height.
You want guided strength training with kettlebells and practical movements such as lifting, carrying, pressing, and squatting.
You want a well-rounded class that combines multiple muscle groups, strength, mobility, and general conditioning.
You prefer seated or supported exercise and do not want to get down on the floor during class.
Your membership includes every class, so you can explore the schedule and discover which formats you enjoy most.
Why members attend
Scheduled class times create a regular place in the week for movement and exercise.
Follow demonstrations and cues instead of deciding every exercise on your own.
Change the weight, pace, impact, step height, range of motion, or movement variation as needed.
Rotate between pool exercise, cardio, strength, kettlebells, full-body training, and supported movement.
Exercise around people who are working at different levels without turning the class into a competition.
Attend the full group fitness schedule without paying a separate class or add-on fee.
