No scheduled group fitness classes on Saturday or Sunday. Members can still use the 24/7 gym floor and indoor track. The heated pool and other wet-area amenities follow staffed amenity hours.

What to Bring to Group Fitness

Comfortable Clothing

Wear clothing that lets you move freely. Water Aerobics requires appropriate swimwear, while studio classes call for normal workout clothing.

Supportive Shoes

Wear secure athletic shoes for studio classes. Pool footwear can be useful around wet surfaces if permitted by current facility guidelines.

Water and a Towel

Bring water and a workout towel. Bring an additional pool towel and dry clothing when attending Water Aerobics.

Arrive a Little Early

Allow time to check in, locate the class area, select equipment, and ask questions before the class begins.

Tell the Instructor You Are New

Let the instructor know it is your first class so you can receive appropriate setup guidance and movement options.

How to Attend a Group Fitness Class

Group fitness is included with every Hermitage Fitness membership. Visitors may also attend through the applicable day-pass or guest-pass option. No separate class registration is required.
