Can I sign up online or over the phone?
Not yet. Every membership is set up in person at the front desk during staffed hours.
Do I need an appointment to join or tour the gym?
No appointment is required. Stop by during staffed hours for a tour, to ask questions, or to complete your membership paperwork.
Can you check if my health plan or fitness benefit qualifies before I come in?
We cannot verify eligibility by phone. Bring your program or benefits number with you and we will check it while you are at the front desk.
Are group fitness classes included?
Yes. Group fitness classes are included with membership. Ask the front desk for the current class schedule and availability.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. A Guest Pass is $10 and works anytime through our 24/7 kiosk when the guest is brought by a current member. A visitor coming without a member can purchase a $20 Day Pass during staffed hours.
What is the difference between a Buddy Pass and an Add-On membership?
A Buddy Pass covers two people under one membership, but the buddy must visit with the primary member and cannot enter alone. An Add-On member has an independent membership and their own access.
Are the pool, sauna, and other amenities available 24/7?
No. General gym access is 24/7, but the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge are available during staffed hours only.
Is personal training included with membership?
Personal training is arranged separately from the monthly membership. A gym membership is required, and consultation, scheduling, session length, and pricing are handled in the office.
Where can I review billing, cancellation, freeze, and account-fee policies?
Ask the front desk for the current membership terms before signing up. Staff can explain billing, cancellation, membership-freeze, access-card, and any applicable account-fee policies in person.
