Open Swimming, Lap Swimming, and Water Aerobics
The pool is available for open swimming and lap swimming whenever it is open, except when temporary maintenance or a scheduled pool activity requires limited access. Water Aerobics is also offered as part of the Hermitage Fitness group-fitness program.

Members and eligible pass holders may use the water for comfortable movement, stretching, walking, or recreational swimming during open pool hours.

The heated pool is located inside Hermitage Fitness at 3924 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076. It is convenient for members from Hermitage, Donelson, Old Hickory, Mount Juliet, and nearby Nashville communities.
The gym floor is accessible to members 24/7, but the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge are available only during staffed amenity hours.
