Water Aerobics Info
Meet you wherever you're starting.
Whether you're brand new to exercise or working on mobility after an injury, Water Aerobics is built to work at your pace. No swimming ability required, the class takes place in the shallow end.
This is one of our most popular classes with senior members, since the water takes pressure off your joints while still giving you a real workout. But it's genuinely open to everyone, whatever your age or fitness background, soccer moms, retirees, and everyone in between train side by side.
